Meet Andrea Vogel,PMHNP-BC

 


Andrea Vogel graduated with high honors from New York University with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing as well as a Master of Science in Advance Practice Nursing. She has worked with adults, adolescents and children in various mental health settings over the past 16 year with a focus on anxiety, depression, and ADHD. Most recently, she worked in the department of psychiatry at the Weill Cornell Psychiatry Collaborative Care Center.


Prior to becoming an NP, she has extensive nursing experience on inpatient adult and inpatient child/adolescent psychiatric units and has also guided clients on wilderness therapy experiences.  


Andrea works with clients to help them develop the tools needed to lead meaningful and productive lives. She uses her knowledge of medication management, empathy, and mindfulness to guide her client-centered approach to wellness.   She is committed and passionate about patient care.

Meet Adrian Balestra, PMHNP-BC


Utilizing techniques of meditation to develop mental and emotional stability, Adrian uses many years of experience to help people develop their own self-knowledge. Having spent one year in silence as a Buddhist monk in monastery in Burma, Adrian comes to his therapy practice with deep self-work.


A graduate of Brandeis University, Beth Israel, and Stony Brook, Adrian currently works as a consultation-liaison clinician in the medical setting while pursuing a private practice rooted in wisdom, spiritual guidance, and dignity.  


Adrian guides people through words, modeling and meditative practice to a deeper understanding of themselves which simultaneously unravels the power of inner peace and contentment. 


Adrian also has extensive knowledge of medication management and provides treatment for common psychiatric conditions including ADHD, Anxiety, and Depression.
